What is the warranty period for Yale products?
Most Yale products come with a standard 1-year to 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The specific duration depends on the product category, such as mechanical locks versus digital security systems.
Are Yale smart locks compatible with mobile apps and voice assistants?
Yes, our smart locks are compatible with the Yale Access app and can be integrated with popular voice assistants like Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Apple HomeKit via the Yale Connect Wi-Fi Bridge.
What happens if my smart lock battery dies?
Our smart locks give low-battery warnings well in advance. In case the battery dies completely, most models feature an emergency power terminal where you can use a 9V battery to jump-start the lock, or use a physical override key.
How long does shipping take within India?
